2013 HAS BEEN SUCH AND INCREDIBLE YEAR FOR US AT TANTONI WARMBLOODS. THESE ARE A FEW OF THE AMAZING HIGH NOTES.

Tantoni Sir Soccrates (sic) and Alice Oppenheimer notched up an astounding track record throughout the year. Here are some of their achievements.

They were placed in the top 3 every time out; regularly achieved the highest dressage score of the day; came 3rd in the Shearwater Young Horse Championships; were Reserve Champion (by 0.09 to Michael Eilberg and Furst Sinclair) at the Regionals; Reserve Champion at the Hickstead CDI.  In October he started freestyle to music and won his first competition by a clear 5%.

Two Tantoni offspring qualified and competed at the Shearwater Young Horse Championships: Tantoni White Mischief (now owned by Rebecca Hulme) and Tantoni Sir Soccrates.

Three Tantoni offspring also qualified for the Nationals: Tantoni Sir Soccrates; Tantoni White Mischief and Rania (now owned by Cara Sweeney). Rania was the highest placed British bred horse in the competition.

Two beautiful fillies were born this season by Florencio and Detroit. At the Oldenburg  foal inspections both achieved Premium Status.

All five of our broodmares were confirmed in foal for 2014. We are expecting foals from Quateron, Dante Weltino, Sezuan and Diamond Hit – first baby is due to arrive mid March.

Very exciting news just in from USA:  Tantoni Fabio (Floriscount/Dormello/Glorieux) the 2010 colt we bred from our Elite State Premium Mare, Tantoni Rien ne va Plus, and sold as a foal to International Grand Prix rider, Ilse Schwarz, backed in Germany  is due to arrive on New Year’s Day at her barn in Florida. He will be out competing with Ilse in the Young Horse Classes in the USA. We will be watching their progress with great interest.

2014 sees three of our offspring start life under the saddle - Tantoni Dallaglio (now owned by Amy McCormick) Tantoni Liebeschon (out of the same dam as licensed Oldenburg stallion I.P.S Don Massimo) and Tantoni Renaissance (full sister to Tantoni Fabio). Our very promising 3 year old Tantoni Sibelius, training with Alice Oppenheimer, will be out competing in the 2014 Young Horse Classes. We have high hopes for him!

None of this would have been achieved without the support and help we were given throughout 2013. Thank you one and all. With very best wishes and hoping that 2014 brings you much happiness and success.
